The Must -Do Positive Way to End 2007

HI, Everyone!
How's it going? How was your 2007? I was so excited about my new business platform and the books I finished to support it. At last I was positioned right to be of greatest service and add massive value to client companies. And hey, I could finally get some of the financial rewards from being a leadership futurist 20yrs. early with my leadership work!

And then it happened. Suppliers' performance blocked us. No books were printed in time for the holiday season, when 70% of books were sold. Bummer. Major disappointment! So here I am, the founder of positive leadership, ending the year on a sad note. What could I do or say to bring inspiration. Then I remembered to tell myself what I tell clients:

We can always choose what we focus on, the good or the bad. I chose to re-focus on all of 2007 and started a list of accomplishments. And hey, there is good stuff here!

Helping clients through tough times, finishing 2 books, From Old Power to New Power - Which Leaders Will Survive? and Appreciation - The Secret Key to a Magical Marriage, and nearly finishing a major training system for corporate clients and one for real estate investors on my Master Intuition System. Making new friends who are on my positive intuitive wavelength, and only gaining 5 pounds from the stress of a tough Phoenix summer with a record # of days over 110 degrees, the death of a friend and the book crisis. And I kept myself swing dancing even when I did not feel like going, which brings me joy. I only missed two dances when I was in town, all year! And much more.....

So, how about you? Only your greatness is the best foundation for your success. Don't even think of setting your 2008 goals until you have listed all of your accomplishments for 2007. Give yourself credit for the good stuff you do and celebrate it. Throw an accomplishments party and everyone gets to say what they accomplished for 2007.
And no long faces. Everything counts.

Now, this is a great way to start a new year, eh? Go for it and enjoy!

Wishing you the best of the Winter Solstice, Hanukah, Christmas, and Kwanza, or any other holiday you observe.

May peace, joy and prosperity be your constant friends in 2008
Warmly,
